First of ongoing public meetings planned for October 12

As part of the commitment to remain open and transparent, the West Placer Groundwater Sustainability Agency plans to hold public meetings to provide regular updates on local efforts to meet the state goals of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014.  The meetings will include information pertaining to planned and ongoing work of the agency to ensure the groundwater basin is managed in a sustainable way and will include an opportunity for public input on the activities.

You’re invited to attend the first public meeting on Oct. 12. You will hear staff updates and have the opportunity to ask questions related to the development of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan, which is set to be completed by 2022.
